Because it's important how to actually do your job!  Here at B and B Maintenance, Inc. we take our training very seriously.  Our training courses vary to job site orientation, to safety, to green cleaning, to leadership training with our management team.  Whatever the training, B and B Maintenance, Inc. can assure our staff is obtaining the necessary knowledge to safely and successfully perform their tasks.

Following job site orientation training, all employees receive a 'training needs analysis' to ascertain their individual needs.  This is used to formulate their personal 'individual development plans' and B and B Maintenance, Inc. can provide specific training if their job calls for it.  All completed training along with achievements are documented on the employee's individual training records. 

All of B and B Maintenance, Inc. staff has access to our online training database which on top of various training topics, produces a weekly segment called, "Safety Closet Talks."  These Safety Closet Talks are used to provide our staff with important, up to date safety information.
