On top of our CIMS certification, the ISSA produced a sixth section solely based on green cleaning that complies with LEED standards and best environmental practices, CIMS-GB. Compliance with this section assures that an independent, accredited assessor has reviewed the organization’s management and operations system and verified compliance with the principles and requirements of CIMS and CIMS-GB
The B and B Maintenance, Inc. Green Cleaning Training Program for all of our nationwide locations consists of three distinct stages: initial training, job site training, and training updates.
Once the general review is complete we break into smaller groups by job classification and begin a detailed job description. This section of the presentation explains specific the proper method and sequence of each task in the respective job classification, the chemicals, and equipment to be used, and the time study guidelines for each task. At this portion of the employee training, the Supervisor will discuss and review the green cleaning training that goes along with the proper usage of the GS-37 certificated chemicals. 
Our customers always deserve a service to be of maximum quality. SOPs help us reduce the duplication of our services as well as providing on call service by eliminate constant retraining of our staff.
