Electrostatic Disinfecting
Electrostatic spraying is a method of applying a hospital grade disinfectant that involves applying an electric charge to a liquid in order to fully cover a surface. The result is a more efficient process with numerous advantages!
A Systems Approach Electrostatic spray technology is providing innovative new methods to apply disinfectants, sanitizers, and odor counteractants to a variety of surfaces. The E-Spray method helps ensure complete coverage of complex and hard to reach surfaces that could be easily missed. Validation and Compliance Our process has tested and validated its line of EPA registered disinfectants and sanitizers to ensure that activity levels remain constant before and after using the E-Spray Hand Held or Backpack. Each E-Spray Hand Held and Backpack is supplied with appropriate secondary container labels to affix to the container to ensure OSHA compliance. |
Liquid Adhesion
The electrostatic positive charge inserted into the droplet enables the droplet to adhere itself to the surface via the cationic charge. As the droplets hit the surface, they create an even spread because they hold their cationic charge for approximately 2 -3 seconds therefore not creating drips as two positive charges will repel from each other. Dwell Time The E-Spray Hand Held and Backpack enables water based RTU solutions to meet their dwell time, therefore ensuring that the solution works to its full capability. The 3-way nozzle can be used to change the amount of solution applied which, in turn enables the time you would like the surface to remain wet. Electrostatic Wrapping When spraying a solution that is charged with electrostatics, the solution will envelop the target. When spraying, static charge stays with the solution for up to five feet. Portability This portability of electrostatic spraying has enabled us to bring this to all markets and business types. Both the E-Spray Hand Held and Backpack are light weight and cordless. |
